Pario Novo LLC was formed in 2010 by Andre J Reed, CCIM in Houston, TX. We earned our reputation while working alongside real estate investors as a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm. We started our business by guiding our clients during a market lull, identifying and analyzing opportunities. Many of the deals were nonstandard at that time. Our transactions included pre-foreclosures, foreclosures, off-market sales, multifamily management, multifamily acquisition/disposition, gas stations acquisition/disposition, property management, and bank receivership negotiation.
Since 2013, Pario Novo's affiliates have syndicated residential and commercial property. Our affiliates and partners have developed (and redeveloped) property in a blossoming community within North Houston. We were out in front of the change in the area and the rising property values. We were first to redevelop our shopping center within the trade area following the recession and the first to build a new residential subdivision within the Pinemont Corridor.
We are recognized by the community where we own and manage property. As a commercial landlord and builder, we often build out space to tenant specification. It's normal for us to work alongside our tenants before they open, going beyond our lease commitment to help make them a success. Our tenants are have wide-ranging specialties and a passion for their craft. We maintain relationships with them and assist them during turbulent times such as COVID-19 and Hurricane Harvey. It's an honor for us to contribute to the teams that keep small businesses in operation.
Acquiring undervalued property and maximizing property use is our primary purpose in today's marketplace. That's our niche business. We are guided by opportunity and business sense rather than a particular product or property type. Since real estate is an ultra competitive marketplace, we carve out opportunities for our partners (individual investors) to profit in areas where we invest.
