Meet the Development Team

Originating from Akron, Ohio, Andre J. Reed is a commercial real estate investor and syndicator.  Today, Mr. Reed maintains the Pario Novo brand, but holds property through separate entities and partnerships.  Mr. Reed earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at The Ohio State University and a Master Degree in Finance at Tulane University. He holds a TX Real Estate Broker license  and SWPPP Certification.

Prior to Pario Novo, Mr. Reed worked 11 years at ExxonMobil in several roles including positions in ExxonMobil Global Real Estate and ExxonMobil Fuels Marketing. He received national recognition and a promotion for his role as retail territory manager.

Mr. Reed earned the CCIM designation as a real estate analyst in the Global Real Estate division. As analyst, Mr. Reed was responsible for evaluating and recommending viable occupancy alternatives. He conducted lease versus own, buy versus build, and total cost analysis to determine the best alternative for acquiring space.

Mr. Reed held national positions in the US retail property management department and in Procurement as a construction contract negotiator. He negotiated construction and national equipment contracts for mass construction of ExxonMobil stations in Nashville and Houston. He also managed construction projects from ADA upgrades to underground tank and line replacement. After leaving ExxonMobil, Andre began to broker and manage multifamily and commercial real estate. Later, he began to develop property through syndication. 

Real estate is truly a hobby and career for Andre. He resides in Houston, TX with wife, Dr. Valerie, and daughter.

A civil engineer with a Bachelor's of Science in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M with a specialization in environmental engineering. He oversees Harris County MUD #155. Mr. Gerdes is a licensed P.E. in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, and Texas.  

Texas Land Engineers was started in 2006 in Houston, Texas by Mr. Gerdes, a native Houstonian. The firm strives to work closely with their clients for the most efficient and effective plans. Quality is their top priority and this has been proven through their work and community relations. 

Founder and Principal of Cameron and Associates, Stephen  Cameron has over 30 years experience designing residential, commercial, and multifamily structures.

 With a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Texas Tech University, Mr. Cameron has been exceeding client's design needs and expectations. Our excellent reputation is a result of the effort we invest in really listening to our clients.

 Mrs. Day grew up in Maryland, attended the University of Tampa in sunny Tampa, Florida, then found her way to Houston in 2011. She has made a career in real estate sales,  multifamily property management, single family property management, and corporate housing.

Between 2012-2014, while working full-time, Katie earned her MBA at Houston Baptist University and was fortunate to travel to India and Dubai through an international business course.
